Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Services

NIC is pleased to announce that a new, Water Washable Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) line has been added and commissioned at the Shop Facility located at NIC Headquarters in Ft. Myers, FL. FPI is a highly sensitive, fluorescent penetrant inspection process that utilizes high sensitivity (Level 3) penetrant materials and ultraviolet light (UV). UV is ideal for locating tightly held surface imperfections that are not visible to the eye. This process is relatively low in cost and allows for substantial volumes of product through put. The new process line is currently available for any customer needing inspection of parts or components that can be transported directly to the NIC facility.
